Fine diamond jewelry

A gunman robbed Chopard – Paris jewellery store- in broad daylight on Saturday, stealing at least $8.5 million in jewelry.

According to police investigator Olivier Lebon, the 50 year old gunman wearing a suit and Borsalino-style hat, walked in the Chopard store just like any other client and hold the people inside the store at gunpoint. The robbery took only two minutes and the gunman walked out the Chopard store calmly.

The amount of the stolen fine diamond jewelry items is estimated between $8.5 million to $14 million and the store was closed later Saturday.
